We are recruiting: Casual Support (on call rota)
1st August 2022
Since we started eight years ago we’ve built a business that truly embraces new ideas and that supports families to do whatever they need to do whenever someone dies.
We are now looking to further grow our team, and would like to recruit additional people as casual support as part of our out of hours on call rota and also help as drivers and coffin bearers where available.
We are looking for strong and responsible people, who would like to help us with our out of hours work. We want to be able to offer a service to families which enables them to call us at any time for advice and support when someone dies. Sometimes, this means that we will need to go out to people’s homes, care and nursing homes to collect the person who has died, and bring them into our care at 290 Vicarage Road.
You’d need to be available as part of our out of hours team to help when people who have died at home or in a care home need to be brought into our care.
We don’t need you to have had experience in the funeral business. We do need you to feel confident about helping people at one of the most difficult and emotional times of their lives.
This job is an opportunity to work flexibly with a creative and supportive team who have gained a great reputation for empathy and empowerment.
To apply please look at the job description and send your CV along with a covering letter telling us why you are interested in this role to this email address
