If you are attending this funeral and would like to find out more about what we do and what you might experience our ‘About Us’ page is a great place to start.
Dearest Kaz,
It’s been such a privilege to have been your friend over the years. I wish we had met sooner; that could have happened at Brum Uni if we had been on the course at the same time.
Do you remember us talking about Mike Nellis, the criminal justice lecturer, and how we both loved him? I’m so proud of you and the work you did with such a difficult client group. You were so humble about your work, you really should be recognised for your commitment and dedication to the service which is all the poorer now without you.
I miss our ‘ladies do lunch’ club, our walks, being at gigs and festivals as well as holidays. I miss you saying my name ” Deeb’s ” in your Lancashire accent.
There’s a ton of love surrounding Dave and Zac..so don’t worry ” it will be reet”.
I only knew you for just over a year and half but kaz in that time I met a truely truly amazing, courageous, buetiful woman I even got to share one of my favourite festivals with you and some of our friends and relive my old goth days for the day with lots of laughs. Even with those brief times those moments will be always.
The memory’s and experinces shared between us all will keep the collective strong for you kaz big love lady xx
Our wonderful and beautiful Kaz. I can’t believe we are having to say Goodbye to you. You are a pillar of strength, the best supportive person to so very many people and we will all hold onto that. We promise you that we will celebrate your life and that you will be with us all eternally. Love you so much 💜💜💜
Dearest Kaz, it has been an absolute honour and privilege to be considered one of your friends. From the very first moment I met you, you have filled my life with joy and laughter, we have shared so many raucous evenings, we have laughed and we have cried. You are the light that we are all drawn to, your energy and zest for life are so infectious.
I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for me and everyone you have come into contact with, your footprints are forever embedded in the sand love.
Rest in the knowledge that we all love you now and always and we will take care of your soul mate and incredible boy.
The world is all the worse for your loss sweetheart
Our Kaz. Its 4.28 in the morning and im sitting here at work with a smile on face and tears in my eyes remembering all the fun and laughter in all the years I have been your friend. From meeting you and Dave at Dawns on Woodbridge Rd to the various parties, festivals, weddings and gatherings.
I remember november 2022 when we were both not drinking and chatting about our shouty mates, even though we couldn’t join in we still wanted them to have a good time.
There will no doubt be tears tomorrow but ther will also be lots of laughter remembering our kaz.
I will always be here for your two boys. Love you.💜💜💜💜
Dearest Kaz
You have always been so wonderful throughout many stages of our lives we have remained friends
So much laughter. So many fun times on nights out & festivals
But your strength & courage & determination to be an amazing human wax always there. From the very first time I met you at Lord Byron’s in Preston
Your warmth radiates out to so many people, So much time for everyone. Always a shoulder to cry on or to be positive & cheerful even in really tough times
It’s really hard to put into words just how treasured you are by so many people. A true shining star. A massive loss to us all.
I will miss you forever
My darling Kaz,
One of the best things about moving back to Brum 12 years ago was meeting you & you quickly became one of my best friends. I used to see you & Dawn at gigs & festivals & think – they look like fun, I want to hang out with them! You were always down the front, in the mosh pit & sometimes crowd surfing too! I’ve not only lost one of my best friends, I’ve lost my best gig buddy. What I loved most about you though was that away from gigs & parties you were one of the kindest, smartest & funniest people I know – you always had time for your many friends & had an admirable ability to see the good in everyone. I will always remember you being full of life, love, laughter & mischief, living life to the max. I am truly heartbroken that you are gone but your brilliant light & energy will live on in everyone that knew & loved you, but most of all in Zac & Dave. Party on, my beautiful friend – see you down the front! xxx
