Westall Park is one of the UK’s finest natural burial grounds and aims to create a place which those who wish to remember their loved ones will want to visit, not out of a sense of duty, but from the pleasure and peace of mind it can evoke. Westall Park has created an eco-friendly cemetery as a place for quiet reflection in an informal setting amongst trees, wild flowers and wildlife. Eventually it will become a woodland glade, full of nature where all wildlife is encouraged to thrive.

Katrina didn’t want anyone to wear black – bright colours please. If you want to wear a suit please find a way to add a splash of colour.

Westall Park is a field which can get muddy, so suitable footwear is advisable – wellies are often a good idea!

Katrina was quite adamant that people did not bring flowers, her wish was to leave no adverse lasting impact on the environment.

Instead, her uncle is completing a walk for Macmillan from London to Brighton shortly and has set up a Justgiving page to raise money for the charity. If you wish to donate in Katrina’s memory rather than buying flowers please use the following link:

I was Katrina’s manager at hmv Worcester. She was an absolute joy to work with & spread happiness all around. You would never hear her complain & I’d often have to tell her to take a break, put down that heavy box, leave work early as she was so determined to lead a normal life. She meant a lot to me as a friend, as well as an employee as she was so cheeky & fun & we shared lots of laughs together.
My deepest condolences go out to all her family
    best wishes

Sorry if this is a bit cheeky to ask on here, but is anyone driving from the Black Country that i could get a lift with? I’d like to go pay my respects as Kate was a good friend to me for nearly twenty years, but have no way of getting to the service. Thanks’
