Redditch Crematorium
Joan’s family will be attending a ceremony at Redditch crematorium on 30th October to say goodbye to her.

A live webcast of the service however will be available for those people who are unable to attend.

You will also be able to view the service ‘on demand’ for 28 days once the service is complete and the file has been uploaded. This may take upto 3 days after the service to be uploaded.

Joan, I heard a lot about you from Susan and just sad I never met you. Clearly a lovely lady who loved her family and friends, as well as her dogs and cats. And never lost her sense of glamour as her favourite photos across the decades show. A classy lady and a life well lived.
Joan you were a lovely neighbour and friend we missed you every day when you moved away and you will be greatly missed by us and so many others now and forever
Love Angie steve and family

What more could a person ask than that they be loved and cherished to the very end of their life. Susan devoted herself to this end and her Mum died in the knowledge that she was deeply loved.
Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear…
The love and devoted care Susan gave her mum, is surely testament to their unique and wonderful relationship. Many happy memories captured so beautifully.
Joan, I have only known you through Susan and unfortunately never met you. I know what a special relationship you two had and how devoted to each other you were. That special love, that precious bond will shine forever.
Our deepest sympathies Susan. As the days continue to pass, I hope you find comfort and support in the people that surround you and the wonderful memories that you carry in your mind and your heart. Joan was a very special lady with a great sense of humour and she’ll be greatly missed. May she fly with the Angels. All our love
Joan, I was so grateful to have known you, even if it was for a short period of time. You were loved so much by your family and I know that Susan will miss you dearly. Rest in peace Joan.
Joan,
I did not have the privilege to meet you but through Susan, we got to know you. That unique and wonderful bond you two had will last forever and all those memories will make her smile every day. Descanse su alma en paz.
A very moving service – the sunshiny smiles of Joan were beautifully captured in the song at the end. A truly loving memorial by a devoted family. God bless.
Such a beautiful and unique ceremony. Joan you will be missed by all close to you especially your best friend and daughter Susan.
