Arrangements for the funeral of Brian Sharp

Westall Park Natural Burial Ground

Brian’s family will be attending a ceremony and laying Brian to rest at Westall Park Natural Burial Ground at the end of January to say goodbye to him.

Sadly due to the current coronavirus pandemic, funerals are being limited in terms of numbers of people who can attend, so the service is by invite only.

Since attendance is limited at the burial ground, Brian’s family wanted to share a few photos with you below. You can also see some photos of Westall Park to get a sense of where he will be.

Westall Park is one of the UK’s first and finest natural burial grounds and aims to create a place that people will want to visit, not out of a sense of duty, but from the pleasure and peace of mind it can evoke.

An eco-friendly woodland burial site has been created as a place for quiet reflection, in an informal setting amongst trees, wild flowers and wildlife.  Eventually it will become a woodland glade, full of nature where all wildlife is encouraged to thrive.
