To my wonderful, beautiful Mum, there will be so many things we will miss about you. Your brilliant sense of humour is just one. John will miss the banter when we played cards and I will miss losing at Snakes & Ladders. Thanks Mum. You will always be with us. Doris & John xx

To Maureen, you were a remarkable lady; thoughtful, kind and always good company.
Dad, Paul and Deb have so many happy memories, but one in particular was Dad’s 80th birthday. Dad had never had a surprise party, so when you suggested arranging one for him I wasn’t sure! It turned out to be one of the best nights of his life, so much so both he and all your friends at Solo are still talking about it 12 years later!
    We will miss you

Although we only met Maureen a couple of times, we know from Doris and John that she always had a sense of fun and enjoyed their times together. She was much loved by her family and popular with those who knew her.

I cared for Maureen for 3 years at Bramley court, she was best known for her hilarious scene of humour and witty ways! She was a well respected lady and the true Lady of bramley. Maureen enjoyed concerts here singing along with Dorris , and loved nothing more than having nice hair! It was a pleasure caring for you Maureen and you will be forever missed! Xx

Living in Germany, I wasn’t able to visit Maureen too often, but the times I did visit her filled me with happiness.
It is regrettable that I will never have the chance to get to know her better.

Such sad times are with us and very difficult times for friends and relatives. Maureen was a very witty person a character we will never forget at Bramley Court. We will also miss her Daughter Doris visits to Bramley who always ensured that Maureen lived as full a life as possible. The last month must have been very difficult for both Maureen and Doris with the restricted visiting. So much love from her family. Maureen will be missed by everyone.

To my Nanny Maureen (and Great Nanny Maureen)

You will be greatly missed by so many people. My favourite memories of you will always be you letting me stand on your feet while we ball danced around the room, and coming to stay at your house and sleeping in the ‘junk room’!!

Sleep tight, we love you xxx
