Dear Mom,
Thank you for just being you.
You were truly inspirational in both Leigh and my upbringing. You played Lexicon and Scrabble nearly every night of the week to ensure our vocabulary was truly stretched.
With Me as a sportsman Dad took the football and Cricket parental support whilst you took the Table tennis. The memories of me smashing the ball and you getting them back still brings laughter to me.
Whilst the last years of your life were with dementia you never ever stopped smiling and your beauty always shone through. I have only happy memories with you and even though the loss of dad was hard we still managed to have some truly wonderful times most weekends.
Go join the love of your life Mom as Dad is waiting , as is your son, sister, brother and Mom and Dad.
A beautiful Soul I am proud of.

To dearest Margaret, (mom)a truly great lady,
beautiful inside and out. So many funny stories kevin has told me about you in the two years I’ve known you,but what always came across was the love and time you had for your family and what a fun loving, great personality you had. I loved the time we spent together seeing your face light up with chocolate and every dessert you had. Just holding your hand and watching TV together you always looked so serene. Sometimes your brummie accent would come out with “what love?”, that was great as I could hear your voice as it used to be. I wish I had known you when you was well, I think we would have got into a little mischief around coffee shops and m&s. Your last words to me was “look after him”, and I gave you my promise I will. Fly high our beautiful angel, together again with the husband you love and your son leigh. ❤️ xxx
Mrs Pallet, never could call you Margaret had to must respect for the elegant best dress woman I have ever seen
When I came round your house and you would tell me when you worked at Burtons as the Manger and the great pride iyou had n your job had Having to advice the lads what to wear as they would pick cloths that never matched so you would have to choose them and basically dress them like they were your own sons.
The drive you had to be successful was instilled into your boys Kev and Lee who both were successful in their fields of work, which I knew gave you great satisfaction.
So Mrs Pallet thanks for the memories, I’m sure you are looking down with pride on what you did for all of us.
❤️ Gary
Aunty Margaret
So proud to have you as my Aunt. So many memories they will always be with me. Such fun times with you and Gordon and even after the loss of Gordon. Our trips to UK and yours to Australia. Watching you and mum (your sister Jean) together was precious times. You would fuss over Rob and you loved him working in your garden or fixing bits and bobs for you. Then you would love me pampering you with all those massages you would want me to stay in the uk ha ha. Rest in peace Marg I’m sure you will have loved ones there for you. Your Neice Bernadette (Dette) and husband Rob.
Hi Nan I just wanted share and celebrate how much I love you and to also celebrate your beautiful life. I am grateful for the time we shared together in this life. Now that you are now in heaven, reunited with Dad and Grandad .Your memory will always be cherished, and your love will forever be felt in our hearts. I am so proud to be your granddaughter and will forever have you in my heart, with you and Dad and Grandad watching over me
Love you always from your granddaughter Hattie 🤍🤍
Dear Margaret (Mom),
Thank you for being my lovely mother-in-law and a great Mom, as well as a great Nan to your grandchildren. You were truly a lovely lady. I remember the first time Leigh brought me to your house. You were busy in the kitchen making chili con carne, which we always had every Saturday night. Gordon was in the lounge watching the football. Leigh said, mom this is Lynne,
and she’s staying for the weekend.” I was made to feel very welcome in your home every weekend. X
I have so many good memories, Margaret. You also had a lovely relationship with my parents, Daisy and Leo, making lots of memories together, going on holiday, and visiting each other’s houses for dinner. This made our family complete. You were always the life and soul of the party.
Keep on smiling, Margaret. Give Leigh a kiss from me, Josh, and Harriet. Rest in peace now—you’ll be with the love of your life, Gordon, your sister Jean, and brother Keith.
Love, Lynne Daughter-in-law x❤️
