Below you will find directions and further information, and feel free to send any messages to Michael’s family via the comments area below.

Westall Park is one of the UK’s finest natural burial grounds and aims to create a place which those who wish to remember their loved ones will want to visit, not out of a sense of duty, but from the pleasure and peace of mind it can evoke. Westall Park has created an eco-friendly cemetery as a place for quiet reflection in an informal setting amongst trees, wild flowers and wildlife. Eventually it will become a woodland glade, full of nature where all wildlife is encouraged to thrive.

Westall Park is a field which can get muddy, so suitable footwear is advisable. Equally in hot weather the long grass can hide flies and midges so fly spray can be useful, along with hats and sunglasses.

Please do not wear black if you can help it – Michael’s family would like you to wear bright, happy clothes, as casual as you like.

Family flowers only please, or a single stem or posy picked from your garden.

If you would like to make a donation in Michael’s memory, we will be holding a collection on the day of the funeral in aid of The Dog’s Trust and Cleobury Mortimer Cat Rescue.

Such a shock to us all to hear of Mick’s passing, we are thinking of his Wife & Family as well as all of his colleagues at Midland Oil at this time.

Always a warm and friendly character who was always willing to take time to chat and build friendships.

He will be hugely missed within the Oil Industry and will never be forgotten.

Rest in peace Mick…..from Anthony and all at Meade-King Robinson.

Hearing of Mick’s passing was a massive shock to us all and myself personally. Mick was someone who we’d all built a fantastic relationship with over the years and couldn’t think highly enough of the man. A gentlemen who will be sorely missed by his friends and associates within the business. Please pass on our sincere condolences to Mick’s family and close friends from myself and all at SBZ.

    Kindest regards,

    Reggie

    Hi Sue and Penny,
So sorry to hear about Mick. I remember him with great fondness, always welcoming when I would come round to see Penny (30-odd years ago) and him turning up at the front door one year dressed as Father Christmas. He will be missed. Thoughts with you today.
    Robin
